Faulty Locks If your lock is not working correctly, call us to come and have a look at it. If there is a problem, it can often result in the lock completely jamming or the key breaking. Not much fun if you’re locked out! We often find, however, that the lock is okay, but the lock / door needs adjusting. Failure to do so can lead to your lock or key breaking completely and the extra problems which that involves. So if your lock is not working correctly, phone us for a free quote, to either replace or adjust it.
Lost / Stolen Keys If you have lost a set of keys, or had a set of keys stolen, you should obviously have your locks changed as quickly as possible. Don’t leave it until it is too late. Call us now for a free quote.
Moved House One of your first priorities when you move house should be to have your locks replaced. Although you have picked up your keys from the estate agent, there may still be other sets and not just owned by the vendors, but by friends, builders etc. It is advisable that you have the locks changed for your own security. Obviously the last thing you want is someone else having a set of keys which will open your locks. Therefore, if you’ve just moved house, call us now and ask us for a free quote to replace your locks.
Tennant Left With Keys (Rented Property) If a tenant has left your property but failed to return your keys, it is always worth replacing the locks. Failure to do so could result in the tenant returning and refusing to leave (leaving you to have to go to court, to get a warrant to have them removed) or even returning to steal items belonging to any new tenant you put in. For your piece of mind, ring us now for a free quote.
We also offer a very efficient lock opening service. So if your lock needs replacing, but the door is locked shut, we can easily get it opened up and then replace it for you.
Most lock replacement jobs can be quoted easily over the phone, so if you need a lock replacing, whether you have a faulty lock, you’ve lost or had your keys stolen, you’ve moved house or for any other reason, please call us now.
